GemstoneAuctions.com Return Policy
- All merchandise must be returned within 60 days of the purchase date.
- Items not as described will be refunded 100%.
- Some items are restricted and will require a 15% restocking fee*.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Gemstone and Jewelry Certificates cannot be refunded.
* All GemstoneAuctions.com items are guaranteed to be as described. The money back guarantee does not include duties, taxes or customs fees. If returned merchandise is judged to be as described, a refund of the purchase price will be issued less a 15% restocking fee.
Refunds are issued back in the method of original payment.
Refunds are typically completed within 7-10 business days from receipt of merchandise. Email notification will be sent upon successful completion of the refund process.
Return Merchandise Instructions
A valid Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained before the item can be returned.
The Return Merchandise Authorization can be issued by emailing returns@gemstoneauctions.com your User Id, Listing #, PayPal Transaction ID and detailed reasons why the merchandise is being returned.
GemstoneAuctions.com Customer Service will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number, upon approval.
The Return Merchandise Authorization number must be clearly printed on the outside of all returning packages. Any parcel without a visible, valid Return Merchandise Authorization number will not be accepted.
All merchandise returned is required to have the original packaging, price tags, certificates, warranties and instructions or will be refused.
The refund process will complete in 7-10 days once the returned merchandise has been accepted.
GemstoneAuctions.com Refused or Undeliverable Packages Policy
Merchandise that is refused by the customer, or is undeliverable and returned to GemstoneAuctions.com will be assessed a 15% restocking fee upon receipt.
